Return Policy

We hope you love your Gear!  But if you don’t we want to know why.  Please email sales@gearmill.com with your questions/comments/concerns and be sure to include the order number in the subject line.  You should also include pictures to illustrate the defect.

If we made a mistake or if we missed a guaranteed ship date we will either replace the goods if time allows or refund your purchase.  Sometimes it may only be a portion of the order that is defective; in that case we will either replace those goods deemed defective or refund the corresponding purchase amount.

Returns or refunds will only be considered if we’re notified within 15 days of the ship date.  If we made a mistake on the imprint or the goods are defective we will issue prepaid shipping labels for the return.  The reprint or refund will not begin until the goods are received and inspected.

Some examples of defective goods include:

  • Poor print quality
  • Damaged goods (torn/broken/holes)

Returns or refunds will not be given for the following reasons:

  • Sizing or poor fit
  • Shrinkage from washing
  • Imprint or design issues that comply with approved proof
  • Goods that have been worn or washed
